DONATE

Regardless of whether you are an individual or a business, donate to us today and help vulnerable children in India discover the childhood that they would never otherwise have known. Bekind is a completely volunteer-led organisation. Nobody at Bekind takes a salary or expenses, so your donations can make an even greater impact.

Donating as an Individual

Donate via PayPal

You can quickly and easily make a difference to Indian children’s lives by donating instantly online via Paypal. Any sum you give us, no matter how small it may be, will be funnelled directly to one of our projects, and will help us to protect and nourish the most vulnerable of children.

Set up a Standing Order

You can also setup a regular donation via Standing Order, safe in the knowledge that your contributions will be creating a continual improvement to many children’s lives. Please contact us to request a Standing Order form, which can be returned to us by post, or if you have set one up online and need to let us know about it.

Write a Cheque

You can also donate to Bekind Ireland via a cheque made payable to “Bekind Ireland Ltd” and sent to the following address:
Bekind Ireland
33 Woodpark
Castleknock

Ireland

Donating as a Business

We welcome support from companies, whether in the form of one-off donations or longer term arrangements. We are always keen to discuss proposals from businesses to see how we can work together to support those who cannot support themselves. Please feel free to get in touch with us via our Contact page.

Tax efficient giving

Your gift has the power to do more! Have you donated to Bekind Ireland in the last four years? If so, just a moment of your time could make all the difference to those we help, and it won’t cost you a cent.
  • How it Works

The Government-approved Charitable Donations Scheme allows charities like Bekind Ireland to claim 44.9% in tax back on donations over €250, at no cost to you, our donor.

All you need to do is sign and return a CHY3 tax-back form (available here) so we can claim the tax back from the Revenue Commissioners.

The form is valid for five years (unless you choose to cancel it). With this scheme we have the potential to unlock much needed income which could fund life-changing projects like our Bekind Boys' Home. But we cannot do this unless you sign and return your form today!

  • Do You Qualify?

In order for us to claim tax back on your donations you must have donated €250 or more to Bekind Ireland within one calendar year, in the last four years. You can make your donation as a one-off donation, or by instalments.

For example, a monthly gift of €21 over 12 months totals €252, and qualifies for the tax back scheme. This only applies to personal gifts, and not to funds raised through sponsorship.

It doesn’t matter if you’re PAYE or self-assessed. Since 2013, self-assessed tax payers can no longer claim tax back on charitable donations – only the charity can make this claim from Revenue.

  • How your tax helps

We can claim 44.9% in tax back on donations over €250, at no cost to you. That’s an additional €112.32 on top of a €250 donation, which makes a huge difference to the children we help.

  • What do I need to do?

Simply download your CHY3 tax-back form (available here), fill in and sign it, confirming that you are an Irish tax payer, and that you have paid enough income or capital gains tax to cover the amount we will reclaim.

    Send your completed forms to:

Bekind Ireland, 33 Woodpark, Castleknock, Dublin 15, Ireland

or email a scanned copy to info@bekind.ie and we’ll do the rest.

Donate today, and Bekind Ireland will use your gift to increase the quality of life for impoverished vulnerable children in India.
Thank you.
